Right at Home Ranked No. 1 on 2026 Fortune List for Best Workplaces™ in Aging Services: At-Home Care

Right at Home, one of the world’s leading providers of in-home care and assistance, has been named No. 1 on the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces™ in Aging Services: At-Home Care List, recognizing the organization as a leading workplace for caregivers and office staff across the United States.

While the No. 1 ranking is an exciting milestone, what makes the recognition especially meaningful is that it reflects the experiences of the people who make Right at Home’s mission possible every day.

The annual Fortune ranking recognizes at-home care organizations that have earned Great Place To Work® Certification and demonstrated a strong commitment to creating positive employee experiences. Earlier this year, Right at Home earned its third consecutive Great Place To Work® Certification, making the organization eligible for consideration for the Fortune ranking.

As part of that process, more than 10,000 caregivers and office staff across the Right at Home system shared feedback about their workplace experience. Together, their responses resulted in an 86% Trust Index™ score, significantly exceeding the industry benchmark. Employees gave high marks in areas including trust, respect, fairness, pride, camaraderie, and their overall experience at work.

Open-ended survey responses gave caregivers and office staff an opportunity to share, in their own words, what it is like to be part of Right at Home. Their feedback touched on the culture they experience, the support they receive from leaders and colleagues, open communication, and the sense of purpose that comes from doing meaningful work. Those firsthand perspectives ultimately helped propel Right at Home to the top spot on Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Aging Services: At-Home Care List.
