Franchisee Networking and Peer Support

Build Your Business With a Network Behind You

When you become a Right at Home franchise owner, you become part of a network of fellow business owners who understand the opportunities and challenges that come with building a home care business.

From connecting one-on-one with neighboring franchisees to exchanging ideas through performance groups and system wide-events, there are opportunities to learn from the experiences of others throughout your franchise journey. We encourage owners to collaborate, share best practices, and use the knowledge of the broader network rather than going it alone.

Home Improvement

Our annual Home Improvement conference brings members of the Right at Home network together for learning, connection, and collaboration.

Franchisee feedback from Home Improvement 2025 identified networking as the most valued part of the conference experience, including peer-to-peer learning, sharing best practices, and connecting with people facing similar challenges.

It is an opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet other franchise owners, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships across the system.

Site Visits

Site visits give franchisees valuable face-to-face time with their Right at Home business coach. It’s an opportunity to talk about how the business is progressing, discuss current needs and challenges, and identify resources that may help. Most importantly, these visits help strengthen the relationship between franchise owners and the support team behind them.

These visits provide franchisees with an opportunity to network with their business coach, so they can better understand the needs of the owner.
