Coaching and Connection

As soon as you complete the franchise purchasing process, Right at Home will connect you with a Right Start coach. You’ll meet with your coach on a weekly basis as you take important steps like locating an office space, identifying your target market, and getting through your training. But that high-touch support doesn’t end after training. Once you complete your Right Start training program, we’ll transition you from your Startup Coach to your Business Performance Coach.

So just how important is your relationship with your coaches?

“My business coach is my lifeline,” says Right at Home franchisee Renee Pfister. “Over the past 12 years, I have used my business coach’s support in many different ways.
