Margaret Haynes – President & CEO
Margaret is the President and CEO of RiseMark and Right at Home. Previously, Margaret served as the COO of the company, driving growth, overseeing day-to-day operations, and enhancing internal infrastructure. Since joining the team in 2011, Margaret’s guiding focus has been helping local Right at Home offices build sustainable, profitable businesses.
Questions to ask Margaret:

- What excites you most about the future of home care over the next 5 to 10 years?
- How do Franchisees build sustainable businesses?
Dawn Drazdys – Chief Marketing Officer
Dawn is responsible for overseeing the global management of Right at Home’s Brand. She brings a long and impressive history of marketing experience to the table. Dawn’s career includes 18 years with some of the top advertising agencies in the Midwest, where she worked with many Fortune 500 companies. Dawn moved to Corporate Marketing in 2013. She is well-versed in traditional marketing and has strong experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.

- What marketing strategies are proving most effective for quality lead generation?
- What support does Right at Home provide for someone with no prior marketing knowledge or experience?
Nikki Holles – Senior Vice President of People Strategy & Governance
Nikki joined Right at Home in December 2019. She focuses on Corporate people strategy, people strategy for Right at Home corporate-owned home care locations, and the Employee Experience systemwide. Nikki brings more than 20 years of experience transforming HR departments into strategic business partners within the organization.

- How can a new owner build a strong team if they don’t have previous healthcare and HR experience?
- What labor and workforce trends should I be paying attention to as a prospective Franchisee?
- How do I establish a strong company culture? What role does that play in overall growth?
Brady Schwab – Chief Growth & Strategic Operations Officer
Brady joined Right at Home in 2022 and is responsible for Strategic Growth. His role includes M&A strategy and execution efforts to expand the company-owned portfolio, supporting Franchise Development, and leading business model innovation. Prior to joining Right at Home, Brady spent over 25 years in the hearing healthcare industry in various roles.

Jen Chaney – Senior Vice President of Franchise Development & Sales
With nearly 25 years of expertise in sales and development, Jen plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s expansion through the provision of exceptional Franchise Opportunities to interested and qualified candidates. In her capacity, Jen manages Franchise legal documentation, spearheads lead generation and strategy and leads a team of exceptional sales and development professionals.

- How does Right at Home support owners who are new to the healthcare industry?
- What advice would you give someone evaluating multiple Franchise opportunities?
Jeff Vavricek – Chief Financial Officer
Jeff is accountable for the company's financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting financial information. He has oversight responsibility for human resources and risk management. Jeff joined Right at Home in 2010 after spending 24 years at HSBC, where he served as VP of New Product Development.

Rod Roberts – Chief Operations Officer
Rod joined Right at Home in 2023. As COO, he leads core operational functions, maximizes efficiency, and supports high-performing teams in scaling clinical excellence, international business, and company-owned operations. Rod’s career has spanned both the Franchisee and Franchisor business models in service and care for others.

Mallory Hoskinson – Senior Director of Growth & Engagement
Mallory joined Right at Home in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience garnered over a decade in the senior care industry. Mallory assumed the role of Director of Growth and Engagement, collaborating with the coaching team and Franchisees to construct and expand sustainable businesses while adhering to best practices. In addition to her primary responsibilities, she oversees our Performance Group program.

Doug Robertson – Senior Director of Government Affairs
Doug joined the Right at Home team in 2015 and leads the compliance team, assisting the Franchise System in understanding home care regulations and guiding Franchisees on how to advocate for home care to state legislators and members of Congress. His team also assists Franchisees in contracting with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to provide care to veterans and with insurance carriers that offer Medicare Advantage home care benefits.
