The brand invited franchisees and their staff to join them at the Rosen Center in Orlando, Florida this April.

Right at Home invites all international master licensees, global partners, franchisees, office staff, and subject matter experts from the corporate office to come together to learn, network, and reignite their passion for the brand.

“We like to think of it as a family reunion,” said Right at Home Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations Emily Undajon. “Everyone comes together, gets re-energized, and learns more about what they could do to elevate their caregiver and client experiences. They then take these actionable insights back to their offices to implement.”

Keynote speakers included Scott Greenberg, former Edible Arrangements multi-unit franchisee; Vernice “FlyGirl” Armour, former U.S.Marine fighter pilot and an action-oriented business entrepreneur; and David VanderMolen, Chief Catalyst at Inspired 2 Change, LLC. Right at Home leadership provided updates on the brand’s strategic roadmap and three-year plan, as well as innovation and technology, the value of being in a performance group, and how to best leverage applicant tracking systems. Over 50 vendors and partners were in attendance.

Tucson, Arizona-based franchisee Karen Kochhar enjoys having all of her colleagues in the same place and having meaningful conversations with people from around the world. “You can build those relationships and use them throughout the year,” she said. “You make connections and can call them for advice in different areas. You know you’re not alone in the whole process.”
