Initial Training
Right at Home provides the industry’s most comprehensive and robust training program delivered in two dynamic phases.
Phase One consists of two full weeks at our corporate office in Omaha, Nebraska. During this time, you’ll learn about the administrative and operational sides of the business. You’ll also learn about successful sales and marketing techniques. And you’ll receive detailed computer software instruction on our communication and invoicing systems.
Phase Two takes place at your place of business after you open, when we provide on-site guidance to help you establish successful daily routines to help grow and maintain your company.
Staff Development
It takes a special kind of person to deliver the care we demand for our clients, so we provide:
- Recruitment and selection systems that help you hire friendly, trustworthy caregivers.
- Training through Right at Home University, our free, proprietary, Web-based education program for caregiving staff.
- Extensive incentive and reward programs to keep your staff happy.
Ongoing Support
At every stage of your business development, you’ll have access to a team of experienced specialists that can help guide you through any situation.
RightStart Program
For the first 12-18 months, you’ll be included in our RightStart Program. You’ll have a single support person assigned to you who is dedicated to answering all of your initial questions as a new franchisee.
Strategic Support
After leaving the RightStart Program, we provide ongoing support. You’ll always receive personal strategic support that’s scaled to your individual needs and business size.
Accounting Support
Because the day-to-day management of finances is so critical, we have a team of specialists devoted to assisting you with payroll, taxes and our online business management tools.
Ongoing Training Opportunities
Right at Home provides numerous opportunities every year for our franchisees to receive additional training to run their businesses. These opportunities come at numerous times throughout the year and in several forms:
- Annual National Meeting
- Annual Regional Meetings
- Local Market Meetings
- Annual Strategic Planning Calls
- Periodic Conference Calls
