Discovery Day

Once you're comfortable with the FDD and have gone through franchisee validation, you'll have a phone interview with a member of our executive team. After that call, you may be invited to attend a Discovery Day at our Omaha, Nebraska office. On Discovery Day, you'll meet one-on-one with key Right at Home team members who will be responsible for assisting you in opening your business, helping you train your employees and supporting you in both the short-term and long-term operational phases of your business.
