Right at Home is not just a franchise company. We are a home care company that chose to utilize franchising as our growth strategy. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. Very few of our franchisees have healthcare experience. They don't need it – because it's what Right at Home's management team provides. As many of the following bios show, Right at Home's team brings decades of home healthcare franchise experience to our clients and our franchisees.

Allen Hager

Allen Hager, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Allen's story is Right at Home's story. Allen founded Right at Home in Omaha in 1995 after spending nearly a decade in hospital administration. He is a graduate of Marshall University, Tulane University's MBA program and the Executive Development Program of the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

After starting his home healthcare franchise, Allen was one of the founding members of the National Private Duty Association (NPDA). The NPDA is the nation's first association for providers of private duty home care. Allen continues to be active with the organization and recently served as its Legislative Chair.

Brian Petranick

Brian Petranick, President and Chief Operating Officer

Brian's career in healthcare business development spans more than 20 years. Since January of 2007, he has served as Right at Home's Chief Operating Officer, where he oversees the daily operations of the home care franchise system and was named president in 2010.

Brian has held several positions within the Right at Home organization, including Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations, Vice President of Franchise Training & Development, and Director of Franchise Development and Training. Prior to joining Right at Home, Brian served as Area Manager for StarMed Medical Staffing, a national healthcare staffing company with headquarters in Clearwater, Florida. He was also Regional Manager for Kelly Assisted Living, a national home care company based in Troy, Michigan.

Margaret Haynes

Margaret Haynes, Senior Vice President of Support

Margaret joined Right at Home in 2011 and is responsible for developing and implementing senior care franchise support, compliance and quality strategies for the organization and franchise system. She has more than 20 years of experience in providing client support and consulting, working with clients to increase business growth and profitability, and driving business execution through process improvement and project execution.

Prior to joining Right at Home, Margaret spent 18 years at First Data and most recently was SVP of Client Services/Data Operations at Infogroup in Omaha.

Eric Little

Eric Little, Senior Vice President of Franchise Development

Eric joined Right at Home in September 2008 as Senior Vice President of Franchise Development. He is responsible for leading Right at Home's national growth efforts to find new, well-qualified franchisees that want to make a difference in their community with home health care franchises. He has more than a decade of franchising experience. The International Franchise Association has recognized Eric as a Certified Franchise Executive since 2005. He is also a frequent guest speaker at franchise-related events. Eric is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.

Blake Martin

Blake Martin, Vice President of International Operations, Right at Home International

Blake has been with Right at Home since 2004 and is responsible for the development and support of Right at Home’s international Master Franchisees. Previously, Blake was in charge of developing system-wide tools, programs, services and alliances for Right at Home. Blake's years of experience in the home care industry started with branch management for the Visiting Nurse Association. From 1996 to 2004, he served as the Director of Operations and Director of Franchise Development for ComForcare Senior Services - a national homecare franchise company.

Dave Creal

David Creal, Vice President of Franchise Support

Since joining Right at Home in 2007, Dave has been responsible for home care franchise support and the teams that help our franchisees. Dave has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including two decades as Operations Coordinator for Vetter Health Services, where he supported multiple units of senior care facilities.

Jeff Vavricek

Jeff Vavricek, Vice President of Programs and Services

Jeff brings more than 20 years of marketing, sales, sales management and finance experience to our in-home care franchise system. Prior to joining the company, Jeff spent nearly 24 years with HSBC, a global financial services company where he served as the Vice President of New Product Development. He was responsible for developing and implementing financial services products for a large retail branch network. Jeff utilizes his significant experience in developing and maintaining relationships, communication skills, implementation skills and process improvement in his role at Right at Home. Jeff has an MBA from the University of Nebraska.

When I decided to franchise with Right at Home, I had no previous experience in the senior care industry. There was a lot of room for me to make mistakes. Right at Home had already done the guesswork for me when I entered the system. Plus, there are a lot of franchisees that are at your fingertips ready to answer any questions you may have. The franchisee community with Right at Home is very tight knit.
